ULLA SUOKKO
New York City-based concert artist and entertainer Ulla Suokko is a virtuoso flutist and an expressive pop/folk vocalist in many languages, enjoying a multifaceted international career. As an avant-garde flutist she has premiered many works, many of which dedicated to her. She has many credits also as an actress, including the title role in an award-winning short film "Dolores" this year, as well as multiple appearances on NBC's Late Night with Conan O'Brien as Conan's Finnish wife. Her international appearances include Peru, Mexico, Finland, Italy, France, Spain, Japan, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Sweden and Canada.
A consummate performer, Ulla is committed to making a difference in the world through music and musical stories. She holds the Doctor of Musical Arts degree from The Juilliard School.
